Our tasks included onboarding end customers, creating documents and providing advice about serialisation equipment.

Integrating the new software and hardware solutions, as well as those solutions already possessed by the customer, presented various challenges. However, with the assistance of our IT technical support, coordination and monitoring, it was possible to ensure seamless system integration.

Together with our customers, we were able to qualify the systems, validate the processes and carry out the necessary tests as part of quality assurance.

The changeover fully complied with all requirements. Moreover, professional project management and the measures taken, such as pre-productions, ensured that production downtimes were almost completely avoided.

Thanks to efficient planning and excellent cooperation with our customers and partners, all of the serialisation requirements were fully met within the deadline.
