The tasks included identifying suitable labelling systems, performing the necessary print tests, and providing support in engineering and project management for the subsequent integration of the labelling systems in existing production systems.

They also provided support in validation and training activities.

Due to the diverse portfolio of products all with wide-ranging requirements, various labelling processes were chosen, such as thermal transfer printing on labels and films, inkjet printing and laser marking, to fulfil the high quality requirements of the FDA.

rantronik was also commissioned to provide quality assurance services. This involved developing and modifying test methods, procuring suitable test devices for verification and creating test instructions to ensure a stable production process through in-line or offline checks.
