The order from the end customer in Switzerland comprises the production of a complex assembly system for dosing pens with over 60 individual work stations on a footprint of around 150 m². Very short cycle times and a tight schedule place high demands on everyone involved.
During the set-up of this assembly system in Germany, rantronik was able to carry out a large part of the initial qualification. After successful completion of the initial qualification, the system was transported to the end customer based in Switzerland. Based on the experience gained, rantronik was also able to make a significant contribution to the re-qualification of the assembly system in Switzerland and independently supervised the implementation and documentation of numerous qualification tests.
Thanks to its high degree of flexibility and sound experience, rantronik was able to master the individual and dynamic challenges that frequently arise in special machine engineering. As part of the qualification activities, rantronik acted as a competent "interface" between our customer in Germany and its end customer on site in Switzerland. This trusting cooperation enabled a very effective and target-oriented implementation of the qualification so that all parties involved had a benefit after the successful and timely completion.
