A current, exciting project from the mechanical engineering sector shows how different services from the range offered by rantronik, such as interim management, training, project management and coaching, were able to be combined to best effect. Small ventilation elements with a plastic membrane, composed of several pieces, were to be fitted for the end customer. These ventilation elements allow air out, but do not allow moisture back in. They can therefore be installed, for example, in vehicle components in which pressure compensation takes place but no condensation is produced. rantronik supported this manufacturer in the area of interim management and project management. The twin-track installation system comprised a pre-assembly and main assembly system with a transfer between the systems at a system speed of 50 cycles per minute. Together with a recently appointed project manager, schedule and cost projections were created within the scope of the project. Here, rantronik was not only responsible for professional project management in accordance with all standards governing content, time frames and finances – rantronik was also in charge of coaching the project manager new to the team in parallel throughout the entire project. Using suitable tools such as "double awareness", "voice dialogue", "mirroring" and "appearance and effect", the project manager was taught various strategies that can be used to efficiently plan and implement similar projects. It was especially important to us here not only to take on responsibility during the project, but also to create a long-term foundation for the success of professional project management in further similar projects for the customer, through using coaching talks and communicating our expertise.
