Award as "Employer of the Future"

Following a multi-stage analysis process, the "German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization" (DIND) has named rantronik "Employer of the Future".

The award honors innovative companies with a clear digitalization strategy that pursue sustainability goals and offer attractive working conditions.
The jury's focus is on modern management within the company with flat hierarchies and employee friendliness.
For Germany's largest business magazine "DUP UNTERNEHMER", with its patron and publisher Brigitte Zypries (former Federal Minister of Economics), the award winners are among the ambassadors of the German SME sector.
rantronik has already successfully digitalized all processes since 2016 and made its contribution to sustainability through e-mobility, among other things.
